The good psychology of "The Beauty Journey".

People, unfortunately by nature, will poke at your defects, on where it hurts, on where there Is something you can not do ANYTHING (or at least that you think so) to change it.

And you can not live like that, you can not allow "people poking or bullying" to enter and stay in your life.


There is a point where you will find and change what you physically don't like about yourself and do it right. And understand, please, digest the point of... "ok, this is the best I can do and I have to live with it and be happy and the point where you know people are going to use it against you, but you won't let that define you, make you feel less, step back, you won't let that be the thing that will push or hold you back". Sometimes, when we don't know about the beauty technology and industry enough, we think, human imperfections are not fixable, well, good news my friend, almost everything is fixable, and if not, at least you can make great progress and changes with help of the best in the field you need. so, while you are getting help and working towards the best you, you will work on all the other 99% you can actually control other than that one defect or imperfection and it will become nothing, people will barely notice it anymore because all the rest of you will be shining so bright, that one dark spot will not even be noticeable.


It will all start with your mind.

So, do not pick up on yourself as they do, during your examination, pick up on yourself with love, be honest, be real, yeah, accept and find the ‘black spot’ but this is not about making it bigger or worse (remember is all in your mind) is about ‘finding the enemy’ and make a plan to attack and conquer. Conquer is the word, conquer and achieve satisfaction, THIS IS NOT ABOUT PERFECTION, is about the opposite, fighting the imperfection, master yourself like a pro to fight with the best tools, help, information, and technology an imperfection to make it the less ‘ugly’ to call it in some way.


Remember that imperfections are what makes us human and individual, so, accept your imperfection and let's work on making it bearable to live with (during your changing process) and, if we can make it possible, almost imperceptible.


How?


Beautifying techniques. Changing your mind, discipline, and perceptions. Do the best you are capable on earth to do about it and be at peace with it while you are at it and finally when you reach that point.


I know 80% of the women (maybe even men) reading this book or blog, have something physically that makes them feel insecure and had been picked on about it, do not let that ‘bad psychology affect you’, especially during ‘the evaluation process we will talk about this subject furthermore on my blogs and book.


Sometimes the battle will take minutes to fix and sometimes years, sometimes you will be battling every single day for the rest of your life. But if you integrate it into your everyday routine, week, month routine, eventually they become habits, that you become good, become fast and good at. That is the key, "like a professional who makes it looks simple & easy because it's in his nature. That is the ultimate level to achieve on the personal beauty journey".


Don't be afraid to be fabulous, because that exactly is going to be the result. If you are shy I have bad news, people will look, maybe some healthy staring at you is going to happen as a secondary effect of looking and glowing at your best, and you better get used to it, like it, embrace it, and conduct yourself the way you deserve to be portrayed.


Stop the bullying, start the beauty fight!
